language-filter-receipt-webThe SpeedLine Language Filter prevents offensive words from being displayed on-screen or printed on tickets by replacing them with asterisks or blank spaces. It can protect you from embarrassment and lost business due to employees entering profanity in the POS that is later printed or displayed where customers can see it.

Curb Foul Language

In some cases, your employees may not exercise the best judgement when entering comments in the POS. Along with good customer service training, the language filter can help prevent the words you specify from appearing in on-screen, or on receipts.   

As a final line of defense, train employees to review printed receipts before they hand them over to customers in-store, or before leaving on a delivery run. If the ticket shows removed words, or anything that could be offensive, recall it, remove the offensive material (often entered on the Customer screen), and reprint.
