SpeedDine-logo-webSpeedDine online ordering, introduced last year, has proven popular, and one of the reasons is the ability for store owners to customize and update their online ordering site with the back-office SpeedDine Admin tool.

This issue, we feature videos that show SpeedDine Admin, as well as some new Terminal ticket editing tools, in action.

SpeedDine Admin

Administer your online ordering site from anywhere: SpeedDine Admin lets you change the store hours, featured specials, colors and images, and menu offerings on your SpeedDine site easily. Close for a holiday, extend your hours on Friday nights, or swap a BBQ Chicken pizza for a Caesar salad special. Watch how:

Add easy site administration to fast ordering, live pricing, and unlimited transactions for a low monthly fee, and you have the ideal online ordering solution for your SpeedLine POS.

Editing a Ticket

Editing a ticket from the Full Review or Menu screens has never been easier. New DUPE and +1 buttons, introduced in last month's 7.3 R100 release, make it faster than ever. With a ticket on the display, you can:

  • View the Ticket Activity reportticket-display-new-dupe-1-buttons-web-1
  • Adjust the quoted time
  • Change toppings, size, crust on a pizza
  • Substitute a different item for one on the ticket
  • Add one more of an existing item (7.3 R100 and later)
  • Change the delivery charge (with sufficient permission) (7.3 R100 and later)
  • Edit a payment
  • Duplicate items on the ticket (e.g., order a round of drinks) (7.3 R100 and later)

See how it's done! Watch Editing a Ticket.
